Italian Festivals of New Mexico ( officers and board members) is a 501-c-3, all-volunteer, non-profit organization whose mission, To Promote Italian Culture in New Mexico, is a means to support the life-giving work of the University of New Mexico Children’s Hospital. Our fundraising centerpiece is the popular NM Italian Film and Culture Festival, an annual week-long celebration of Italian cinema and culture based in Albuquerque. The festival affords the opportunity to enjoy the Italian experience while benefitting New Mexico’s only medical center dedicated to the care and healing of children.

Since it began in 2007, the NM Italian Film and Culture Festival has raised more than $150,000 for the Children’s Hospital and has evolved into a mainstay of our community’s social and entertainment scene. Your donations throughout the year ensure that we can continue to produce and grow the festival. Your gift, however small, helps to set the foundation by enabling us to pay for the many up-front and hidden festival expenses like postage, banking fees and venue and film rentals.
