Italian Festivals of New Mexico (IFNM) is a 501(c)(3), all-volunteer, non-profit organization whose mission is to promote Italian culture in New Mexico. Its flagship event, the annual NM Italian Film & Culture Festival, has long been dedicated to the support of the children of New Mexico. The festival is a multi-day celebration of Italian cinema and culture, and affords the opportunity to enjoy the Italian experience through great films and events while benefitting New Mexico’s children. Since its inception in 2007, the NM Italian Film & Culture Festival has donated more than $250,000 toward improving the lives of children through the University of New Mexico Children’s Hospital. Festival 2017’s beneficiary is NDI New Mexico, which  brings award-winning arts and healthy lifestyle programs to underserved children in urban, rural and Native American communities throughout New Mexico.
